About the Company

ACTE Sp. z o.o. has been on the Polish market since 1997 and from the outset it was part of the structure of the Scandinavian capital group, Lagercrantz AB with its registered office in Stockholm.

ACTE’s strategy is to create added value by providing products from specialised suppliers to business clients. Our aim is to maintain the strong position of a specialised niche supplier who is able to meet the expectations of even the most demanding clients.

The adopted business model is for ACTE to have the position of a value added distributor, supplying advanced customised components - modules, devices and systems. The high added value is available at each stage of co-operation and is understood as: complex business and design knowledge of market solutions; advanced technical support; complex logistic services; R&D - as well as financial support for projects; even the option to create new commercial channels through the intermediary of the Lagercrantz AB group.

The Capital Group

Lagercrantz is a technology group offering leading technologies which create value, and for this purpose, it uses its own products or the products of leading suppliers. The group consists of approximately 40 companies each of which focuses on a specific niche market. The high value arrived at is common for all the subsidiaries. This also applies to a significant adjustment of the offer to individual needs of the client, support, maintenance and other services.

Lagercrantz operates in seven countries in Europe, and also in China, employing more than 1100 people and generating revenues in the region of SEK 2.8bn. The company’s shares have been listed on the NASDAQ OMX stock exchange in Stockholm since 2001.

We select suppliers based on the complementary nature of the products, confirmed quality, as well as broadly understood ethics in business. Our portfolio includes global corporations specialising in a given field, as well as smaller firms with innovative know-how. Also the producers from the Lagercrantz capital group are significant entities in our offer.

As a value added distributor we only serve B2B clients with whom we may enter into long-term relations and with whom we are able to build a unique value for the final client/user. Due to the fact that our products require expertise related to the integration of specific technologies, and that projects last from 6 months to a few years, we strive to select business partners with the appropriate potential. Through all these years of our presence on the market our projects are focused and are carried out mainly in co-operation with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and System Integrators. Also, suppliers such as: EMS, GSM/ISP telecommunications operators, ATM operators, settlement agents, contractors and design studios are important users of our products. Clearly, in the case of some of the projects, we also co-operate with other distributors and wholesalers, and even resellers.

From the beginning of our operations as a technology supplier, we were able to meet the needs of every industrial sector. For the purposes of communication with our clients and as far as applications are concerned, we define the main nine sectors in which we work as follows:
